This was a brand new build of a Wendy’s Restaurant from ground up in Abbotsford, B.C. A challenging build in terms of location, limited space and access. Located right off of the busy Trans-Canada highway (HWY 1), we had to be creative in accommodating various services, trades and equipment on site, while being careful to preserve existing landscaping with mature trees in a super narrow lot!
Thanks to our dedicated Project Management and Construction Team, we were able to turn this project around in 3.5 months from site-servicing to project completion. We wouldn’t have done it without a committed, skilled team, and most importantly efficient communication, scheduling and coordination both on and off-site!
